The Bothy Bar at The MacDonald Hotel

The Bothy Bar is the main bar of the hotel. It is used by residents, campers and non-residents as a social meeting point. With our solid fuel stove you can be sure of a warm welcome whatever the weather!

We have a wide selection of beers, lagers, spirits and over 40 brands of malt whisky!

You can also have a meal here from the same menu as the restaurant.

The Bothy Bar contains a number of entertainment facilities, such as a pool table, a dart board, a trivia game computer and a computer with internet access. It also has a large projecting screen on which we can show all the big games on Sky Sports.

The view from the bar down the loch to the Pap of Glencoe is the best in the area. If you are lucky enough to be in the bar at sunset, be sure to bring your camera!
