Bothy Bar & Purple Stag Restaurant
The Bothy Bar
The Bothy Bar is the main bar of the hotel. It is used by residents, campers and non-
residents as a social meeting point. The solid fuel stove assures you of a warm, cosy environment in which to relax and unwind on those wet and chilly days! There are a number of entertainment facilities, such as a pool table, a dart board, a trivia game computer and board games. Coverage of major sporting events are screened via BT Sports. Dogs are welcome in the bar and accompanied children can stay in the bar until 10pm.
We serve a light lunch menu of cross-hatch sandwiches, baked potatoes, soups and loaded fries from 12-4pm and then the evening menu is served from 5-9pm and features our homemade burgers, loaded potato skins, traditional haggis, neeps and tatties among other hearty dishes.
The view from the bar down the loch to the Pap of Glencoe is the best in the area. If you are lucky enough to be in the bar at sunset, be sure to bring your camera!
